Female Football Week is entering its second and final weekend, so get out to your local club and end the celebration on a high.

It might be the end of Female Football Week but PlayStation 4 NPL Women’s Queensland is set to launch with a massive opening day for Round 1!

AJ Kelly Park will play host to SIX back-to-back matches on Sunday in a female football feast from 8.30am, with the home club to feature in a live stream match against Brisbane Olympic at 6.00pm.

On Saturday, Football Queensland is hosting the second of two free female-only Referee Level 4 courses at Meakin Park.

On Saturday night, Mitchelton FC are doing their part to celebrate the women’s game with a fun-filled double header from 5.00pm featuring woodfired pizza, craft beer and coffee.

The night culminates with the Mustangs’ Mt Franklin Women’s Premier League team in action at 7.00pm.
