Delegates in attendance at the International Football Coaching Conference Australia (IFCCA) will have the unique opportunity to have their coaching and football questions answered by Caltex Socceroos Head Coach Graham Arnold, who has been announced as a keynote presenter at the conference.
Arnold joins a host of other football coaching, development and technical specialists, including Hope Powell CBE OBE, Jonatan Cabanelas and Grant Downie OBE in attendance at the conference to be held at RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 May.
A Football Federation Australia (FFA) Hall of Fame member and former national team player, Arnold took over the Caltex Socceroos after the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and recently coached the national team in their 2019 AFC Asian Cup campaign.
Prior to his Caltex Socceroos appointment in 2018, Arnold led the Central Coast Mariners to two Hyundai A-League premierships and a championship, and then went on to coach the 2016-17 Grand Final winning Sydney FC side to the Premiership-Championship double.
At IFCCA, Arnold will have a one-on-one with an experienced football pundit, before the floor will be opened for a Q&A session for delegates.
Arnold said he was looking forward to being part of this opportunity for coaches from around the world to share their knowledge.
“No doubt delegates will get a lot out of this conference on many different levels; I hope to be able to give them some insights around our national teams as well as share some of my football coaching experiences,” Arnold said.
With the event focused on delivering cutting-edge insight, research and approaches used by the world’s leading clubs and associations, IFCCA will offer attendees a unique chance to ask the Australian national team coach questions.
