Female Football Week celebrations kick off over the weekend and into next week as our FQPL 3 competitions resume! Here is a brief preview of what to expect!

FQPL 3 Women’s

A massive top of the table clash awaits between Magic and Musgrave in what could be a big moment for promotion spots come the latter end of the season. Musgrave bounced back after their shock defeat and will be hoping to continue that momentum into this clash. Robina City earned their first points of the year and will be looking to back it up against Broadbeach when they do battle. Kingscliff and Palm Beach will both be hoping to bounce back from their defeats last weekend when they face one another south of the border.

FQPL 3 Men’s

Friday night sees two fixtures as Broadbeach and Palm Beach both host Tallebudgera and Burleigh respectively. Maximum points is a must for both teams if they are to win the league title against tough opposition. Kingscliff will be hoping to continue their form from last week when they host struggling Nerang south of the border as Robina City look to get some momentum back at Runaway Bay on Saturday also. The Sunday fixture sees Musgrave and Southport do battle with both sides eager to get wins. The Mustangs have had a rough run of late and the Warriors will be hoping to maintain pace towards the top half of the table.
