Clubs can get involved in a range of Women and Girls Programs to boost participation, retain players and develop strong leaders.
Four programs are available and appeal to a wide range of participants:
FQ works closely with clubs running these programs, assisting with administration, marketing and program delivery. Enthusiastic and passionate people are also recruited to assist us with the delivery of the programs across the state.

MiniRoos Kick Off Girls After School Program
MiniRoos Kick Off Girls After School Programs engage new girls in the game and developing a connection between schools and your club. Players become familiar with club coaches and build their confidence before transitioning into your club.
Girls United Social Football
Girls United Social Football Programs can be used by clubs as a recruitment tool to help build their female football program or a retention tool to keep women and girls involved in the game for longer by providing flexible formats of the game.
Youth Leadership Program
The Youth Leadership Program gives participants the skills and knowledge to grow their involvement in the game as coaches and referees, whilst increasing your club’s representation of women an girls in leadership positions.
Soccer Mums
Soccer Mums Programs can by run by clubs in parallel to junior training sessions, encouraging mums to get active and socialise with other women. This is a great way to engage more women at your club!
