WHAT IS FQ COMMUNITY CLUB DEVELOPMENT?
The FQ Community Club Development (CCD) initiative is designed to provide community football coaches and administrators with a simple and clear club development plan.
Within the FQ CCD, community clubs will be provided access to free coaching collateral including training cycles and session plans. This will equip clubs with the tools and resources to deliver quality training sessions which nurtures a balance of fun and key technical skills in players within the Discovery and Skill Acquisition Phases.
The CCD will play an important role in the development of clubs on all levels, with the player and coach centered development philosophy fostering positive experiences for young children within the game.
Successful community football clubs will work from a central development plan that is supported by FQ Club Development Ambassadors.
Community clubs interested in obtaining CCD resources can complete an EOI form here.
