Football Queensland Central Coast is excited to launch Girls United, a new family-friendly introduction to football for women and girls in Gladstone.
Girls United will kick-off with a celebration of female participation through a social carnival, with games scheduled for women and girls teams at Boyne Tannum Football Club on 16-17 October 2021.
This event is a first for the region and will allow women and girls to play football in a relaxed, social atmosphere. Both experienced players as well as women and girls who have never kicked a ball before are encouraged to get involved.
Entries are open for teams from under-8s through to open women’s. The under–8s to under-12s teams will play 9-a-side and all other age groups will play 6-a-side.
Each team will play a minimum of three (3) pool games with teams who progress to finals playing an additional two (2) matches.

- Register to Play Football to complete payment and to be covered by insurance
- Once you have registered to Play Football, submit your team nomination
