
Disaster Recovery Hub
The Disaster Recovery Hub connects clubs impacted by Tropical Cyclone Alfred with support from the wider football community.
Clubs are encouraged to use the Disaster Recovery Hub to seek support from the community as they commence their clean-up, and to keep up to date with the latest information on government funding and grants available to support recovery efforts.
Put the call out for support from volunteers, create a GoFundMe page using the tips below, or get in contact with a club from the list below to find out how you can assist in recovery efforts.
Funding Opportunities
Queensland Government Sport and Recreation Disaster Recovery Program
Grants of up to $5000 are now available for sport and recreation centres in areas affected by ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred as part of the Queensland Government Sport and Recreation Disaster Recovery Program.
Brisbane City Council Community Clean-Up Payment
One-off $7,500 Community Club Clean-Up Payments are now available for clubs on Brisbane City Council-leased sites to assist with clean-up and recovery efforts.
