The Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL) will enter its second year of existence in 2019 after a successful inaugural season.
The FQPL acts as a second tier to the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Queensland, allowing promotion and relegation between the state’s top two tiers.

In 2019, 11 teams will compete for the honour of being crowned FQPL champions and gain promotion to the NPL.
The 2018 competing clubs are:
|Capalaba FC||Eastern Suburbs|
|Holland Park Hawks||Ipswich Knights|
|Logan Lightning||Mitchelton FC|
|Peninsula Power||Rochedale Rovers|
|Southside Eagles||Souths United|
|Sunshine Coast Wanderers||Wide Bay Buccaneers|
