Soccer Mums is a program for women of all ability and experience levels, with sessions focusing on fun, fitness and friendship. We understand that sometimes it’s a challenge to find the time to get active and engage in sport. Soccer Mums sessions are run at convenient times for parents, usually in parallel with junior training sessions so that you can jump out of the car and have a quick run around while the kids are doing the same. Sessions are ‘judgement free zones,’ with our wonderful facilitators ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued. The focus is on fun – it’s all about getting active, building confidence, and sharing laughs with like-minded women along the way!
