The four-day Walking Football Fest hosted at QUT Stadium, Kelvin Grove, will be held between Tuesday 4 July and Friday 7 July featuring two parts; the National Club Team Tournament held in the first two days, followed by a State vs State.
The first festival of its kind in Queensland will see a variety of men and women divisions up to Over 70s in 6v6 competitive matches and social 4v4 games with no goalkeepers.
The Walking Football Fest will welcome both new and existing local, national and international teams, and will show off the inclusivity of the game with Open Age Social Games, varied formats and Come and Try Sessions.
Football fans are encouraged to get down to the QUT stadium to enjoy some football, grab a bite to eat and experience the atmosphere of Queensland’s largest Walking Football events.
