Football Queensland affiliated clubs, zones and associations have received more than $350,000 in funding in Round 109 of the Queensland Government’s Gambling Community Benefit Fund.

Thirteen clubs, zones and associations across the state received a total of $372,507.47 in funding for a variety of projects including the upgrade of playing fields and lighting, installation of shade structures and purchase of equipment and mowers.

Applications are now open for Round 111 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund, which allocates grants to not-for-profit community groups to enhance their capacity to provide services, leisure activities and opportunities for Queensland communities.

Round 111 is now open and will close midnight 31 August 2021.
