Football Queensland’s commitment to enhancing referee development has led to the formation of a statewide Referee Academy for promising and dedicated young match officials.
The program enables the next generation to learn and develop as part of a supportive network while gaining valuable advice from experienced coaches.

Congratulations to the 1️⃣6️⃣ Queensland clubs who have been selected as recipients of the Growing Football Community Grants, supported by CommBank and Football Australia.
The grants will support a range of initiatives aimed at providing tangible support to the clubs, with a focus on programs that look to attract or retain women and girls in football.
