FQ Academy Advanced Centres
FQ Academy Advanced Centres operate in Metro, Wide Bay, Central Coast, Whitsunday Coast, Northern, Ayr and Far North & Gulf regions and provide services in line with the criteria set for Tier 1 clubs in South East Queensland.
Delivering an enhanced development environment, players represent their region at carnivals and events throughout the year while remaining connected to their local clubs by playing in regional competitions.
An extensive range of services are provided to FQ Academy players including on-field technical and tactical sessions delivered by advanced coaches, classroom-based learning, access to performance and wellbeing technology, nutritional guidance and custom Kappa teamwear.
Advanced Coaching
The program will be led by advanced licenced coaching staff who receive consistent mentoring and training during the season. Coaches will monitor players development and progression with regular reporting and analysis conducted during match weeks and at carnivals.
Advanced Centre Events
FQ Academy QAS players will attend a range of State and National talent identification events to track their development and compete for selection in representative events. Events form a crucial part of the player development program where coaches can monitor players, capture footage for analysis and provide feedback.

With a total funding pool of $40,000 available to help sports clubs create better spaces for players, spectators and the wider community. Your club could receive a grant of up to $10,000 towards premium Australian-made Felton outdoor furniture, including grandstands, shelters, seating and park settings. @brisbaneroarfc’s Hahn @australiacup journey has come to an end, but not without a fight. A spirited comeback effort was backed by an incredible crowd at Spencer Park, whose passion and unwavering support highlighted everything that makes the Queensland football community special.

@swqthunderfc and @grangethistle have both secured promotion to the 2027 QPL 1 Men`s competition, a reward for their outstanding campaigns and a milestone achievement for both clubs.
However, the fight for silverware is far from over. With just one point between the sides, the Premiership race will go down to the final round.
