The Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL) 1 and 2 competitions underpin the National Premier Leagues (NPL) Queensland through a system of promotion and relegation.
The FQPL also serves as the premier regional competition across the state, connecting clubs from the Far North to the South Coast as part of Queensland’s statewide football pyramid.

@grangethistle are crowned 2026 #FQPL 2 Men Champions after a stunning 6-3 victory over Pine Hills in a Grand Final that burst into life after the break. Locked at 1-1 at half-time, the contest exploded in the second half as Grange found another gear to ice the contest and write their name on the trophy!
