It’s semi finals time in the FQPL 3 Men and the Women are close behind! Here is a brief preview of what is in store!

Men’s

League winners Broadbeach host last year’s Grand Final winners Southport at Nikiforides Family Park as they look to complete the double. With an automatic spot in FQPL 2 locked in, the Dolphins will have their work cut out for them against a resilient Warriors side who have had a never give up attitude for the duration of the season. The other semi-final sees Robina City host Palm Beach in what is set to be an interesting game between the two sides. The Sharks have yet to take anything out of the two games against City this season, however they will be eager to make their third straight Grand Final with a victory at Robina Common.

Women’s

Palm Beach and Robina City do battle on Monday night with the Sharks looking to round out the regular season with a win. Providing a massive win for the Sharks to catch third on goal difference, they will look to fine tune in preparation for a clash against Premiership winners Musgrave. Mudgeeraba and Kingscliff will both look to end the season on a high when they meet at Sid Bigg Park. In the final fixture, both Broadbeach and Magic will be playing for the chance to host their semi final when the two do battle. A Dolphins win would see them leapfrog Magic in second spot.
