Girls United Social Football is all about creating fun, social football environments for women and girls to boost their confidence, build fitness and make friends.
Formats are flexible, including programs to develop skills, as well as social competitions and carnivals. Women and girls of all skill and experience levels are encouraged to attend, with sessions focusing on fun and enjoyment.
A great option for women who haven’t got the time to commit to the traditional training and game format of club football, or for those who want to build their skills and confidence before moving into a club football team.
Girls United Programs
Free come and try sessions are a relaxed, social introduction to try Girls United before signing up for the weekly sessions.
Social sessions provide a soft entry to football through weekly sessions focused on fun football games that teach basic skills.
Leagues are social football competitions for women and girls. The leagues offer a more flexible, lower commitment playing format than traditional football.
Carnivals are our main events of the year where women and girls from across the state come together to celebrate and enjoy football as a collective.
