With in-form Brisbane Roar NTC hot on their tails, a win for the Jets would see them hold onto the fourth place as finals draw closer.

Lions FC were made to work hard for their victory in Round 19, holding off the Sunshine Coast Wanderers who scored two late goals, while the Jets emerged resounding winners from last Friday night’s clash with Eastern Suburbs with a 6-1 result.
The last time these two teams met Lions won 3-1 with a late penalty to Alexandra Schaefer the only consolation for Moreton Bay.

After two disappointing losses in a row, Souths United bounced back last week with a 4-0 victory over Western Pride while Sunshine Coast Wanderers fell to a slim defeat to Lions FC.
Souths sit in third on the competition ladder and would keep the pressure on Lions and The Gap above with a similar result against the 12th placed Wanderers.
