Football Queensland is on the hunt for the state’s most picturesque football ground with the help of the Queensland public, as we look to showcase the beauty of our state and our game.
Players, spectators and lovers of the game across Queensland are invited to have their say and submit photos of a club, venue or ground that they’ve played at, visited or anything in-between, as we begin the search for Queensland’s most picturesque football ground.
All the power will be in the hands of the Queensland football community, as public submissions and voting will decide which venue will be crowned the most beautiful in our Sunshine State.
The top submissions from regions across the state will be entered into a head-to-head knockout competition, with public voting determining the winners of each match-up until one venue emerges victorious.
Venues will not only be competing for the title of ‘Most Picturesque Ground in Queensland’, but for a major and minor prize awarded to the winner and runner-up, as voted by the public.
We are proud to announce Felton Industries as our major prize partner, providing a $2,000 Grandstand and Seating voucher to further enhance the venue crowned Queensland’s most picturesque. Business First Travel is also joining us in supporting our statewide search, contributing a $1,000 travel voucher to the runner-up venue.
“We are looking forward to seeing which ground the Queensland football community picks as its most picturesque, and we’re confident that with a Felton product, it’s going to look even more stunning,” Marketing Manager at Felton Industries Drew Mackinnon said.
“Queensland has some of the best sights and locations in the world, and we are excited to help showcase them through this search for the most picturesque football ground. But for those also eager to explore picturesque sights beyond the pitch, reach out to Business First Travel. Your Business, First”, Executive Director at Business First Travel Remy Koh said.
Make sure you like and follow your regions FQ Facebook and Instagram pages to be able to participate and don’t miss the chance to support your club!
