Football Queensland’s official modular facilities partner, Ausco Modular have recently completed construction of Queensland’s first high specification modular football clubhouse and change rooms in Hervey Bay, designed specifically to meet the needs of the Wide Bay Buccaneers and the Fraser Coast Regional Council.
Manufactured locally in one of Ausco’s two Queensland-based factories, the new facilities were delivered in just 20 weeks and boast multiple unisex compliant change rooms with cubicle showers for player privacy, public amenities, meeting rooms, storage areas, referee and first aid rooms and a canteen.
Football Queensland announced a partnership with Ausco Modular in 2018 to support the Statewide Facilities Strategic Plan and deliver building solutions that will support the growth of football across Queensland. Modular sporting facilities can be delivered up to 60% faster and more efficiently than traditional site-built construction and at 15-30% less cost.
