Football Queensland is excited to announce the appointment of Juan Propato as the new Club Development Ambassador & Community Engagement – Gladstone.
With previous experience in community development roles at football bodies including Football West, Capital Football and WaiBOP Football Federation, as well as multiple coaching and development coordination roles across Germany, Argentina and New Zealand, Propato brings a wide range of knowledge and international expertise to the Central Coast football community.
“I’m eager to work with the team to drive initiatives that not only strengthen participation across all demographics but also create meaningful pathways for players, coaches, and referees,” Club Development Ambassador & Community Engagement – Gladstone Juan Propato said.
“This role offers an incredible opportunity to combine my professional expertise with my love for the beautiful game of football by contributing my skills and experience to a purpose-driven organisation, helping to make a real impact in the lives of players, coaches, volunteers and in the local community.
“My first impressions within the Central Coast football community have been overwhelmingly positive. I’ve been struck by the passion and commitment of everyone involved, from the FQ team to the clubs, volunteers, and players in the community.
