Football Queensland (FQ) and innovative technology company Garmin have teamed up to today launch the online FQ Shop for the Queensland football community. 

“In line with the commitment made in the Participation pillar of FQ’s Strategic Plan, the FQ Shop improves our overall value proposition while delivering great benefits for members,” FQ President Ben Richardson said. 

“This is an exciting new venture which gives the entire Queensland football community exclusive access to discounted prices on quality wearable technology. 

“It is great news for players, coaches and referees, who have the opportunity to purchase wearable devices that suit footballing lifestyles.” 

The FQ Shop is located at www.fqshop.com.au and features discounted prices on products including smartwatches and fitness trackers. 

“This initiative is designed to enhance the participation experience by delivering football-related products at good value for money,” FQ CEO Robert Cavallucci said. 

“FQ has identified that referees in particular can benefit from better deals on Garmin products as they are an important component of their training and match day equipment. 

“We have launched many new initiatives in 2020 to support match officials and the FQ Shop is another valuable resource for them and the entire community.
