FQPL Finals Series fixtures confirmed

Following the final round of the Football Queensland Premier League (FQPL) over the weekend, the fixtures for the 2019 FQPL Finals Series have been confirmed.

All matches in the Men’s FQPL Finals Series will be available to watch live on the FQ Facebook page and FQ YouTube channel.

Sunshine Coast Wanderers claimed the FQPL Premiership on Saturday night, while Capalaba FC secured a win against Logan Lightning to confirm second spot on the FQPL ladder after 18 rounds.

Both sides will have a bye in the first weekend of finals, with elimination finals to kick off this Saturday, 10 August at Underwood Park as Rochedale Rovers take on Mitchelton FC.

In the second elimination final, Logan Lightning will come up against Ipswich Knights on Sunday, 11 August at Teralba Park.

Premiers Sunshine Coast Wanderers will then play the lowest placed winner of the elimination finals, while Capalaba FC will take on the highest placed winner in the semi finals on the weekend of August 17 and 18.

The FQPL Grand Final will then be held on Saturday, 24 August at Underwood Park.
