Football Queensland is excited to confirm that Suncorp Stadium will again play host to the NPL Queensland and FQPL 1 Men and Women Grand Finals in 2024 following the success of last year’s Grand Finals held at the world-class venue. 

The four Grand Final matches will be held on Saturday, 7 September, bringing the 2024 NPL and FQPL 1 seasons to an unmissable conclusion. 

“As we continue elevating our premier competitions, we’re pleased to deliver another opportunity for Queensland’s best players to showcase their skills on the state’s most iconic stage,” FQ CEO Robert Cavallucci said. 

“The hosting of our premier Grand Finals at Suncorp Stadium provides a fantastic opportunity for players, match officials and fans to experience an unrivalled match day experience in a major stadium. 

“Despite the popularity of Football Queensland’s Grand Finals continuing to grow each year, football as the state’s largest participation sport is still yet to secure football appropriate infrastructure to support the delivery of our extensive range of content. 

“As we bring the NPL and FQPL 1 Grand Finals to Suncorp Stadium again in 2024, we look forward to welcoming the Queensland football community for a celebration of another blockbuster season.”
