Applications for Round 8 of the Queensland Government’s Get Started vouchers open Wednesday, 13 July.

The program provides eligible children and young people aged 5 to 17 (inclusive) who can least afford to join a sport or recreation club with a voucher valued at up to $150 for membership and/or registration fees.

Vouchers are issued on a first come, first served basis meaning there is no guarantee an application will be successful.

Get in quick to apply as the allocation of vouchers is likely to be exhausted well before the Round 8 closing date of 28 September!
