Football Queensland and award winning training provider, BCA National Training Group, have partnered to grow sports education and opportunities in the industry.
BCA will become Football Queensland’s official training partner for the next two years.
The Academy of Sport, powered by BCA National, offers students the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge required for a career in sport, either through athletic talent, administration, coaching or sports science.
The organisation has earned a reputation for delivering the highest quality training and support to students and was recently awarded the accolade of NSW Large Training Provider of the Year 2017.
As part of the agreement, Football Queensland will offer up to 8-10 internships to selected students looking for work experience, providing FQ with access to talent.
Football Queensland CEO Geoff Foster said the partnership will allow football to grow and provide an environment for men and women to enter and excel in the sports industry.
“Football Queensland is delighted to welcome BCA National Training Group (BCA) as our Official Training Partner for the next two years until December 2019,” Mr Foster said.
“BCA is one of the most reputable training providers in Australia.
