Football Queensland will host clinics for thousands of young footballers across the state during the Easter, Winter, September and Christmas holidays.
The FQ Academy Holiday Clinics will be held in every region throughout Queensland, providing opportunities for junior players to learn new skills, make friends and have fun.
Registrations are now open for the three-day Easter holiday clinics for players aged between nine and 14.
FQ State Technical Director Gabor Ganczer said the clinics will provide junior players with new opportunities to be part of Australian football’s official development pathway.
“The FQ Academy Holiday Clinics will be run by FQ qualified coaches, helping boys and girls develop functional game skills including 1v1, first touch, striking the ball and running with the ball.
“The clinics will be held in each of the nine regions, affirming FQ’s commitment to delivering opportunities to Queenslanders no matter their geographic location.
“The FQ Academy Holiday Clinics are the only accredited clinics in Football Australia’s official development pathway.”
