FQPL 3 South Coast action heats up as we approach crunch time across the competitions. Here is a brief preview of what to expect.

Men’s

Nerang will be eager to get the job done on Friday night when they host Musgrave at Bob Jeffrey Field. After a tough loss last week the Eagles will feel as though they can get something out of the clash. Saturday’s action sees Tallebudgera host Southport at Coplicks in what is set to be a tough encounter. Palm Beach will be eager to keep up the pace in the title race when they host Kingscliff who are also in a battle for the top four. Trailing by one point at the top Broadbeach can go overnight leaders with a win against Runaway Bay at home. The Sunday game sees Robina City take on Burleigh Heads at Pizzey Park in another tough fixture.

Women’s

Magic United travel south of the border to take on Kingscliff at Walter Peate Reserve. League leaders Musgrave face off against Mudgeeraba at Keith Hunt Park looking to maintain their winning run. Broadbeach and Palm Beach play in the pick of the games at Nikiforides with both sides looking to maintain their position in league standings. Robina City have the bye.
