Football Queensland has confirmed the clubs that will participate in the FQ Academy Futsal League 1, forming the top tier of junior futsal in Queensland.
The FQ Academy Futsal League 1 will showcase the state’s most talented young players and is a vital component of the connected futsal pyramid, designed to strengthen development pathways and ensure greater access to competitive opportunities for junior players.
“Football Queensland is excited to confirm the clubs for the FQ Academy Futsal League 1, marking a significant step forward since the introduction of the new league structure, as we continue to strengthen our futsal player pathways for improved player outcomes,” FQ Manager – Futsal, Vince Sciacca said.
“This elite junior competition will help to foster player development and improve the experience for participants, highlighting our commitment to the growth of the game statewide as we continue to build off our recent successes at the National Futsal Championships.
