Football Queensland is pleased to advise that Club Affiliation for the 2027 season is now open and clubs can begin completing their affiliation requirements.

In line with our ongoing commitment to making the administration of football simpler, easier and more streamlined for clubs, the 2027 Club Affiliation process has been integrated within Squadi, providing a more centralised and convenient process for accessing and completing affiliation documentation.

To assist clubs in completing the affiliation process, FQ has produced a detailed Club Affiliation Help Guide which provides step-by-step instructions on how to access and complete 2027 club affiliation requirements within Squadi.

We encourage all clubs to follow this guide to ensure that information submitted is accurate and up to date, and completed by the deadline of 31 October 2026.

Club Licensing Agreements

Clubs are reminded that the Club Licensing Agreement for entry into Football Queensland’s advanced leagues is an additional, separate process to the general Club Affiliation.

The relevant Club Licensing Agreements will be distributed to clubs shortly and will need to be completed based on the advanced competitions your teams are participating in for the 2027 season.

Further information and instructions regarding the Club Licensing Agreements will be provided when these documents are released shortly.
