Football Queensland is excited to host a social 6-a-side competition in Mt Isa this season.
The 10-week competition starting on 8 July offers a relaxed introduction to football in small teams for players new to the game or current players hungry for more matches and is perfect for the entire family to be part of.
The social competition will take place at Mt Isa Junior Football Fields on Friday nights, featuring two mixed competitions; one being a Mixed Family competition for family and friends to play together for ages 6+ and the other being a Mixed Social competition for anyone over the age of 14.
The canteen and bar will be open each round allowing players, their family and friends to socialise and enjoy a fun Friday night together.
Competition Details
Venue: Mt Isa Junior Football Fields
Dates: 8 July – 10 September
Day: Friday nights for 10 weeks
Times: 6:30pm & 7:30pm
Game Duration: 20 minute halves (10 minute half-time)
Team Kit: Any shirt with the same colour, shin pads are required and football boots or joggers only
