In a major coup for Queensland football fans, two National Premier Leagues (NPL) Queensland clubs will host Hyundai A-League sides in the FFA Cup Round of 16.
Lions FC, who beat fellow NPL Queensland club Olympic FC 3-2 in their Round of 32 match, will host Adelaide United, the competition’s inaugural winners in 2014, at Perry Park. The fixture will be broadcast in full, live and exclusive on FOX SPORTS.
Cairns FC will welcome last year’s FFA Cup winners Sydney FC, a match that will see Sky Blues coach Steve Corica come up against his nephew and Cairns FC midfielder Harry Corica.
FOX SPORTS will also livestream and provide updates and crosses to all other matches in the FFA Cup 2018 Round of 16 (see www.foxsports.com.au for all broadcast and streaming details).
Ticketing information for each of the FFA Cup 2018 Round of 16 matches will be released in due course by each home club. Please visit www.theffacup.com.au for further details.
