The Westfield W-League 2018/19 draw has today been announced, with Brisbane Roar Women set to play six games in the Queensland capital across three stadiums this season.

The reigning Westfield W-League Premiers will open their 2018/19 campaign at Suncorp Stadium on Sunday, 28 October against Perth Glory.

In addition to Suncorp Stadium, Dolphin Stadium at Redcliffe and Richlands’ Lions Stadium will play host to Brisbane Roar Women matches during the 2018/19 season.

BRFC Managing Director David Pourre said the club was looking forward to giving fans across Queensland the opportunity to see the Brisbane Roar Women play in the upcoming season.

“We’ve worked extremely hard with all stakeholders to make sure it is possible to take Westfield W-League fixtures to the local football community in season 2018/19,” Pourre said.

“We believe being able to play games at Redcliffe’s Dolphin Stadium and Richlands’ Lions Stadium will give the local football community the opportunity to see Queensland’s finest female footballers in action.”

Football Federation Australia also announced that all Westfield W-League 2018/19 matches will be broadcast or streamed live on FOX SPORTS, SBS VICELAND and the My Football Live app.
