The first Football Queensland (FQ) Skill Acquisition Phase (SAP) Carnival for 2019 will be held in Brisbane on Saturday, 18 May and Sunday, 19 May at Logan Football Complex.
The U10 carnival will see 29 teams from across the state competing, with regional teams from Wide Bay, Mackay and North Queensland travelling to Brisbane to participate in the weekend event.
South East Queensland (SEQ) based teams will also compete at the SAP carnival, including Gold Coast United, Logan Lightning, Sunshine Coast Wanderers and Peninsula Power, among others.

Around 1,000 people are expected to be in attendance at the carnival, which will provide young players from across the state with the opportunity to come up against their peers from other clubs and regions.
The Skill Acquisition Phase, for players aged between 9 and 12, focuses on the development of game-related functional skills, with SAP programs for boys and girls run at clubs across Queensland.
The next FQ SAP Carnival will be the U11 boys carnival held on Saturday, 15 June and Sunday, 16 June.
