21 Queensland football clubs and organisations have been approved for over $600,000 in funding in Round 103 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund.
Clubs and organisations across the state received funding for various projects including the purchase of goals, the upgrade of field lighting, the construction of grandstand seating and the purchase of equipment such as mowers and tractors.
Ten of these community organisations received the maximum funding of $35,000 in the latest round of funding.
Queensland’s largest one-off community grants program, the Gambling Community Benefit Fund allows not-for-profit community groups to apply for grants from $500 to $35,000 to enhance their capacity to provide services and leisure activities.
Round 105 of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund is now open for applications, and will close at 11:59pm on 30 April 2020.
Queensland clubs are encouraged to submit a grant application in Round 105.
If you have already received funding in previous rounds and your project has been put on hold due to COVID-19, you can make an application to extend the acquittal date.
