After a split weekend of games last week there is a strong chance we could see a full weekend of action in the FQPL 3 South Coast. Here is a brief preview of what to expect
Men’s
Burleigh will be looking to make it back to back wins when they host a Musgrave side who are looking for answers after a tough run of results on Friday night. Tallebudgera will be hoping to consolidate their first round victory when they play their first home game of the year against Nerang at Coplicks Family Park. Palm Beach know it is all or nothing after their loss last week when they host Southport in a Grand Final rematch down at Duncan McKenna Field. Broadbeach could throw the title race wide open if they can get all three points against an undefeated Robina side who picked up another big win against Palm Beach last weekend. On Saturday Kingscliff and Runaway Bay square off in a big game for both sides as they look to mount a run up the table in 2022.
Women’s
Magic United face a trip to Robina City hoping to bounce back after their loss last week to Palm Beach. The Sharks will be looking to make it two wins from two against a Mudgeeraba side eager to get back in the winners circle after their loss to Broadbeach. Musgrave host Kingscliff at Keith Hunt Park hoping to keep up the pace at the top after Magic’s slip last weekend. Broadbeach have the bye after their win against Mudgeeraba.
