Football Queensland has confirmed the draw details for the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final of the inaugural Kappa Queensland Cup.
In the Kappa Queensland Cup – Men, seven preliminary round fixtures remain for South East Queensland teams, while three remaining regional fixtures will be played in the coming weeks.
The regional fixtures will see the Wide Bay/Central Coast and Whitsunday Coast regions merge, with the winners hosting the Northern/Far North & Gulf match between Brothers Townsville and Southside Comets in the Regional Final. The Regional Final winner will earn automatic hosting rights for the Quarter Final subject to venue availability.
In addition to qualifying for the Kappa Queensland Cup – Men Semi Finals, Quarter Final winners will also qualify for the Australia Cup Round of 32.
The Kappa Queensland Cup – Men Final will be held at a neutral venue, with the draw to determine the home and away sides.
In the Kappa Queensland Cup – Women, six preliminary round fixtures remain for South East Queensland sides while one regional fixture is still to be played in the coming weeks.
SEQ teams will be drawn to play locally in the Quarter Finals, while the Regional Final will also act as the final Quarter Final fixture as the winner of Central vs Mackay Lions match take on Edge Hill United.
The Kappa Queensland Cup – Women Final will be held at a neutral venue, with the draw to determine the home and away sides.
The Quarter Final, Semi Final and Final draw will also be determined for the Kappa Queensland Cup – Youth (Under 18).
