Football Queensland (FQ) has today launched the new Club Support Hub, redesigned to maximise FQ’s support for club administrators and volunteers and incorporating a new FQ Customer Service Booking Portal ahead of the 2026 season.
Housing an extensive suite of valuable resources tailor-made for club administrators across the state, the Club Support Hub will deliver crucial guidance to Queensland clubs at every point of the season and allow administrators to book support time directly with FQ’s Customer Service team.
“Football Queensland acknowledges that the success of club operations is fuelled by the hard work and dedication of volunteers across the state, so we are proud to continue to bolster the support available to them with more resources and more access to FQ Customer Support,” FQ CEO Robert Cavallucci said.
“The Club Support Hub has already delivered assistance to clubs since its launch in 2021, providing practical guidance on a range of administration and governance matters.
“Building on FQ’s ongoing transformation into a club centric customer service organisation alongside the Future Club+ process, Football Queensland is committed to continuing to redesign processes that will reshape volunteer workflow to ensure they are focusing their time and energy on value-adding activities that improve the football experience.
“This upgrade to the Club Support Hub will do just that, with administrators able to triage their issues directly and providing checklists and other helpful guides to assists clubs at each point of the year, including pre-season, during the season and post-season.
“As preparations ramp up for 2026, these resources will help streamline volunteer processes while providing valuable support and guidance for any new committee members entering clubs across the state.
“As part of the rollout of the upgraded Club Support Hub, Football Queensland will deliver a range of webinars for clubs in the coming months to guide club administrators through the extensive range of new resources available to them.
“We are excited to continue strengthening the support available to our clubs and volunteers as we reinforce our commitment to improving the experience for every member of our football community.”
