Football Queensland is proud to release its 2025 Annual Report following the Annual General Meeting held on Friday, 22 May 2026.
In a year defined by record participation and investment in pathways, infrastructure and governance, 2025 also marked the introduction of a transformational approach to service delivery to elevate the experience of the football community.
The organisation’s financial discipline and strategic reinvestment into the game was supported by sustained revenue growth, including continued strong commercial performance achieved through strategic partnerships that allowed Football Queensland to maintain the lowest Member Federation fees in Australia.
“Enhancing the ways we deliver customer support to clubs and participants through the Club Support Hub was a major focus through the year as we strengthened internal capability to service the statewide football community more effectively, including through a renewed emphasis on the capability of clubs at every level of the game,” FQ CEO Robert Cavallucci said.
“Supported by improved systems and technology, this additional investment in customer service allowed us to create a more responsive, accessible and consistent experience for clubs and participants in each region.
“2025 also marked a significant milestone on the road to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with the submission of Football Queensland and Football Australia’s 100-Day Olympic Infrastructure Review proposal which represented the collective voice of Australian football.
“On field, our priority remained the delivery of accessible and inclusive participation opportunities for all Queenslanders as our community and social programs reached thousands of players in every corner of the state, ensuring football continues to be a game for all, for life.
“As we reflect on the success of the 2025 season, on behalf of Football Queensland I’d like to thank each member of our football community for your ongoing commitment to our game.”
