Dear Clubs,

We are writing to advise that our records indicate that several clubs have outstanding Play On! Sports Voucher transactions that are yet to be finalised in Squadi.

While your club may have met the Queensland Government’s voucher processing requirements, the corresponding club portion has not been completed within Squadi. This step is required to finalise the participant’s enrolment and confirm their eligibility to participate in competition.

To clarify, this relates specifically to the club’s portion of the transaction within Squadi, not the Governing Body Fees (GBF) component to Football Queensland.

To resolve this, it is essential that your club processes the outstanding payments in Squadi as soon as possible. Without this step being completed, enrolments will remain incomplete, and participants may be deemed ineligible.

Please ensure this request is actioned by close of business Wednesday, 22 July. If transactions are not finalised by this time, Football Queensland will proceed to redeem the vouchers on the club’s behalf to ensure completion.

Please note that standard transaction fees will apply at the point of processing. While we acknowledge this introduces a small cost to clubs, completion of this step is necessary to ensure compliance with competition and program requirements and to enable participants to claim the voucher at the point of registration.

We encourage your prompt attention to this matter and ask that you prioritise completion by Wednesday, 22 July to avoid any impact to participant eligibility and the need for Football Queensland to finalise enrolments on the club’s behalf.
