After six weeks of competition, the stakes have never been higher as only one match remains for the majority of participants in the First Group Stage of the Football Queensland (FQ) E-Series.
The Second Group Stage will kick off next weekend after the Xbox Juniors, PS4 Juniors and PS4 Seniors complete the First Group Stage this Sunday.
Many participants in those competitions now have only one match left to secure a spot in the next stage of the FQ E-Series competition.
More information on dates and pool allocations for the Second Group Stage will be announced shortly.
The top six players from each pool in all competitions will progress to the Second Group Stage of the FQ E-Series tournament, with the exception of the regional pools in the Xbox Seniors competition.
Rather than top six, the top five players of each regional pool in the Xbox Seniors competition have qualified for the Second Group Stage, after completing their First Group Stage matches last Sunday.

Next Round Deadlines
Xbox Juniors participants must play all remaining rounds (Rounds 14 to 17) by this Sunday, 17 May. Please note not all pools will play 17 rounds in the First Group Stage, so some participants will play less than four matches in the final playing window currently open until this Sunday.
PS4 Juniors and PS4 Seniors meanwhile must play their Round 13 matches by this Sunday, 17 May.
Removal of players from the FQ E-Series
A number of players across all four competitions have been removed from the FQ E-Series after failing to complete three consecutive matches or attempt to contact their opponent on three occasions.
This means that all players will now record a bye for upcoming fixtures when facing an opponent who has been removed from the competition. For this reason, all matches previously recorded as a 3-0 win due to a forfeit of a player who has been removed will now show as a bye instead to ensure consistency across the rounds. SportsTG has been updated accordingly.
