QPL3 Darling Downs- Men
Saints sit just outside the top four and a win this weekend could see them back in finals contention. They take on Wanderers who are coming off back to back losses. Should be a cracking game with plenty of attacking players in both squads to excite even the neutral fans.
Similarly Highfields are also a chance make the top four if they can beat Gatton on Saturday night at home. Gatton have notched two draws and will be keen to not lose pace with the competition front runners.
Rockville host Willowburn on Sunday afternoon, and a win to the Rovers could see them slip into second plus also the possibility of qualification for Presidents Cup next month could be a huge motivator for them.
QPL3 Darling Downs- Women
3rd Vs 4th, as South Toowoomba Hawks host USQFC on Saturday night, with only one point splitting them on the ladder. Neither side will want to take a backward step.
The Interclub derby between Highfields Green and Gold. With Gold now sitting in first stop, they will be cautious not to be complacent and underestimate their companions.
Rovers continue to climb the ladder, and they will be confident they can get the job done against West Wanderers on Saturday night. Wanderers are still on the hunt for their second win of the season and will need to be at their best to take down the Rovers.
Losing the top spot on the ladder will no doubt add some motivation to the defending premiers Willowburn this weekend, as they take on the Rockville Rubies. The Rubies, are coming off a heavy defeat and will want a better account of themselves in this match.
