FQ Academy QAS Awards

The final FQ Academy Carnival of the year is here for the Wide Bay, Central Coast and Whitsunday Coast centres, with Junior and Youth players from across all three regions descending on Norbridge Park in Rockhampton.

Queensland football fans are in for a treat this July, with big crowds expected at each match as we prepare to welcome some of the nation’s best talent into our own backyard, with a huge Round of 16 matchup in the Hahn Australia Cup featuring NPL Queensland Heavyweights Brisbane City and NPL West Australia heavyweights Olympic Kingsway

The final FQ Academy Carnival of the year is here for the Wide Bay, Central Coast and Whitsunday Coast centres, with Junior and Youth players from across all three regions descending on Norbridge Park in Rockhampton.

The second FQ Academy Northern Conference Junior Carnival of the year is here, with players from across Northern and Far North & Gulf regions, including Mt Isa, Innisfail and Burdekin, descending on Endeavour Park in Cairns.

Queensland’s most promising young players will gather in Moreton Bay to compete at the FQ Academy State Championships and prepare for the upcoming National Youth Championships from Tuesday, 8 July to Sarurday, 12 July 2025.

The inaugural Queensland Football Convention in 2024 will bring together clubs, coaches, referees and participants from the length and breadth of Queensland across three engaging and immersive days.

Under the unifying theme “Elevate the Debate,” the convention will explore the essential pillars of Growth, Sustainability, and Technology, driving forward the progress and success of football across the state.

Football Queensland is excited to host the inaugural edition of the Inter-Conference Junior & Youth Carnival at Mackay Football Park from Saturday, 3 May to Monday, 5 May, bringing together over 1,000 boys and girls aged Under 9 to Under 16 from FQ Academy regional programs across Queensland.

The first FQ Academy Carnival of the year is here for our Junior Northern Conference teams, with players from across all three regions descending on Paradise Park in Townsville this April.

Football Queensland is excited to welcome the FQ Junior Cup back to Maroochydore FC from 29 June to 1 July, delivered in partnership with Sunshine Coast Council and Visit Sunshine Coast.

Football Queensland is delighted to once again host WinterFest, the state’s largest junior football carnival, on the Sunshine Coast, delivered in partnership with Sunshine Coast Council and Visit Sunshine Coast.
